复杂应力影响下大巷支护技术研究

摘要 以山西晋城煤业集团公司寺河矿二号井97采区盘区97102巷为工程背景,对巷道在原有支护方式下围岩的变形进行分析,提出了预应力"鸟窝"锚索、蛇形锚杆、金属网联合支护技术。该技术的研究结果表明:提高了支护系统对巷道围岩的支护效果,巷道两帮移近量仅为原支护方式的三分之一,顶底板移近量为原支护方式的70%;巷道围岩的整体性及抗变形能力得到极大地提高,并为巷道锚杆支护设计提供了新的依据。 Taking the engineering of No.97102roadway in Sihe mine,Jincheng coal industry group,Shanxi Province as the case for research.After analyzing the original surrounding rock deformation,the paper proposed the joint support scheme of pre stress"bird's nest"plus anchor,snake shaped bolt and metal net comprehensive technology.The results showed that the two sidewall deformation reduced by2/3and the convergence between roof and floor decreased by30%respectively compared with the originals.This technique improved the effect of support system on roadway surrounding rock,increased the integrity of surrounding rock and its ability to resist deformation,and provided a new basis for support.
