摘要
通过构建知识产权强企指标体系,运用国家知识产权局2012—2014年54家示范企业知识产权数据及结构方程模型建立了知识产权强企评价模型,测算了知识产权等核心指标对企业竞争力的贡献度.研究表明:2012—2014年知识产权研发经费占销售收入的比例年均值为3.0%,知识产权经费投入占研发经费投入的比例年均值为1.0%,专利拥有量年均值为792.76件,专利实施率年均值为64.0%,知识产权转让收入占销售收入的比例年均值为0.1%.知识产权对企业竞争力的影响力年均值为43.7%,若按照年均增长率为5%进行测算,2020年知识产权对企业竞争力的影响力应达到49.2%,2025年知识产权对企业竞争力的影响力应达到74.7%.
The intellectual property index of enterprise is built by using54enterprises′intellectual property data of the State Intellectual Property Office from2012year to2014year.Then,the contribution of intellectual property of enterprises is evaluated by structural equation model.Results show that from2012year to2014year,the proportion of intellectual property R&D to sales revenue accounts for3.0%,and the proportion of annual intellectual investment to investment of research is1.0%.At the same time,the average patent ownership is792.76,the average patent application rate is64.0%,and income from the intellectual property to sales revenue accounted for an average annual value of0.1%.The influence of intellectual property on the competitiveness of enterprises has an average value of43.7%.If calculating the average annual growth rate by5%,the influence of intellectual property in2020on the competitiveness of enterprises will reach49.2%,and the influence of intellectual property in2025on the competitiveness of enterprises will reach74.7%.
