摘要
随着高等教育竞争的不断加剧和高校尤其是地方高校应用转型发展需求的日趋迫切,应用型人才培养的质量与水平已经成为了高校竞争软实力最重要的组成部分,是影响高校尤其是地方高校专业转型发展和服务地方经济社会发展的核心要素。笔者多年来从事经济管理类本科专业教学管理和人才培养模式改革的实际,对楚雄师范学院经济管理类本科专业应用型人才培养模式改革和提高应用型人才培养质量相关问题进行思考,并提出推进经济管理类本科专业应用型人才培养模式改革的对策措施。
As competition in higher education and across local universities is becoming increasingly intense at a time of their transformation to suit application needs,quality of application-ready majors they can produce has become an integral part of their soft competitiveness.This is now an element of core importance that has great influence on their capability both to transform and serve local development,economy and society.Based on his years’teaching and administration experience in terms of education and development of majors of economics and management,the author now shares his thought on issues regarding reform of the development mode of application-oriented majors of economics and management and ways to produce better application-ready talents before finally suggesting some relevant solutions.
