摘要
目的探讨舒适护理服务在妇产科临床护理中的应用效果。方法选取本院2015年6月至2017年6月收治的152例妇产科患者作为本次临床研究资料,将上述152例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,每组患者76例,在临床中为对照组患者实施常规护理,为观察组患者实施舒适护理,通过发放调查问卷的方式统计两组妇产科患者对临床护理工作满意度,以及两组患者临床舒适度,比较两种护理方法的临床应用效果。结果对照组患者对临床护理工作总满意度仅为86.8%,而观察组患者对临床护理工作满意度为93.4%,明显优于对照组妇产科患者对临床护理的评价。同时,观察组患者认为自己在接受舒适护理后十分舒适的患者有52例,该组总舒适度达到96.0%,远高于对照组患者临床舒适度84.2%。结论在妇产科临床护理中,为患者实施舒适护理服务有助于提高患者临床满意度与舒适程度,提高患者临床配合程度,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the applicative value of comfortable nursing service in the department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of152patients treated during June2015and June2017were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=76)received routine nursing service,while the observation groupCng76)received comfortable nursing service.All patients were surveyed with questionnaire to compare their satisfaction on the nursing care and their degree of comfort.Results The satisfaction rate was86.8%and93.4%in the control group and observationgroup,respectively.The degree of comfort was84.2%and96.0%in the control group and observation group,respectively.There were significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Comfortable nursing care in the department of obstetrics and gynecology can improve the satisfaction rate of patients,and improve patients’cooperation.Therefore,it's worth of clinical promotion.
