大型回转轴承损坏原因分析与措施研究

摘要 为使回转轴承良性运转,延缓其劣化速度,延长使用周期,文章通过对宽厚板钢包大型回转轴承线上运行趋势的研究、对损坏的大型回转轴承下线后解体研究调查分析及对大型回转轴承损坏主要影响因素的解析,结合大型回转轴承实际生产中的各种不确定的参数,综合维养、安装及使用等方面采取措施,延缓了设备劣化速度,延长了其使用寿命,有效提高了宽厚板铸机生产的连续性及设备的运转率。 In order to make rotary shaft in a benign operation,delay its degradation speed and prolong its usage period,in the paper,through research on the online operation trend of large pivotal bearing in heavy plate steel ladle,damaged large pivotal bearing off the assembly line is disintegrated for research and study,and the main factors affecting the damage of large pivotal bearing are analyzed.Combined with a variety of uncertain parameters in actual production of large pivotal bearings,measures for comprehensive maintenance,installation and use are taken to delay equipment degradation speed,prolong its service life,effectively improve the casting machine production continuity of heavy plate and improve the operation rate of equipment.
