摘要
针对包钢宽厚板生产线出现钢板头部过冷的问题,通过优化辊道速度提高跟踪准确性、减小冷却前钢板温度差异、改善流量控制精度、冷却模型中头部遮蔽参数的优化等措施,将冷却后钢板的纵向温差由40℃降至20℃以内,钢板冷却后头部过冷的问题得到了解决,钢板性能一次合格率提高2.09%。
In view of supercooling problem of steel plate head in Baotou Steel heavy plate production line,the longitudinal temperature difference of steel plate after cooling is reduced from40℃to20℃through optimizing roller speed to improve the tracking accuracy,reducing the temperature difference of steel plate before cooling,improving flow control accuracy,optimizing head masking parameter in cooling model.The supercooling problem of steel plate head after cooling has been solved,and the first pass yield of steel plate has increased by2.09%.
