摘要
我国是水果生产大国,水果无损检测技术对于提高我国鲜食水果的市场竞争力和利润水平具有重要意义。综述国内外水果无损检测技术的研究进展与应用现状,展望我国水果无损检测技术发展前景,以期为促进我国果业发展提供支持。
China is a great production country of fruity,therefore nondestructive detection technology is of great significance in improving the marketing competition ability and profit level of fresh fruits in China.This paper summarized the research progress and application status of the nondestructive detection technology both inside and outside China,and looked forward to the development prospects of fruit nondestrucive detection technology in China,in order to provide technical support for promoting the development of fruit industry in China.
