摘要
嗜肺军团菌是军团病最主要的致病原,在人工水体或空调冷却系统中多有存在,是影响公众健康的一大隐患。能否准确高效地检测嗜肺军团菌,对军团病的防控具有重要意义。分子生物学技术多具有快速、简便、特异、灵敏等优点,近年越来越多地应用于嗜肺军团菌的检测。本文简要综述了嗜肺军团菌分子检测的最新进展,介绍了PCR及其衍生技术、核酸等温扩增技术、基因分型、探针杂交及其相关技术,以及新一代测序在嗜肺军团菌分子检测中的应用,并简单讨论了嗜肺军团菌检测存在的问题,对嗜肺军团菌分子检测的前景进行了展望。
Legionella pneumophila,the major pathogen of legionellosis,widely exists in man-made water or cooling systems and remains a great public health concern.Prevention and control of legionellosis requires accurateand efficient detection of L.pneumophila.Generally,molecular biological techniques are rapid,simple,specific andsensitive,therefore increasingly applied to L.pneumophila detection.This review briefly introduced the recent progress of molecular methods for L.pneumophila detection,including PCR and its derived techniques,isothermal nucleic acid amplification techniques,genotyping,probe hybridization and its related techniques as well as next generation sequencing.Finally,existing problems and perspective of molecular methods for L.pneumophila were discussed.
