摘要
目的分析气囊面罩通气联合气管插管治疗急诊心肺复苏的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月—2017年1月96例在我院进行治疗的急诊心肺复苏患者,经医院医学伦理委员会审核批准,随机等分为对照组(n=48)和治疗组(n=48),对照组给予常规气囊面罩通气,治疗组则在此基础上联合气管插管进行治疗,对比其临床效果。结果治疗组患者的复苏成功率及最终存活率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且治疗后患者的血氧饱和度及平均动脉压明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论气囊面罩通气+气管插管的联合应用在急诊心肺复苏中效果较佳,提高了复苏成功率及最终存活率,改善了生命体征。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of balloon mask ventilation combined with endotracheal intubation in emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR).Methods From February2015to January2017,96cases of emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation patients in our hospital were selected as objects of study,and were approved by the medical ethics committee of the hospital.They were randomly divided into control group(n=48)and treatment group(n=48).The control group was given routine balloon mask ventilation.The treatment group was treated with endotracheal intubation on this basis,and the clinical effect was compared.Results The recovery success rate and final survival rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation and mean arterial pressure of the patients were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of balloon mask ventilation and trachea intubation is better in emergency cardiopulmonary resuscitation,which improves the recovery success rate and final survival rate,and improves vital signs.
