摘要
目的研究椎间植骨融合内固定术在治疗退行性脊柱侧弯中的应用价值。方法从2013年1月~2016年12月收治的退行性脊柱侧弯患者中选取80例为对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为椎管减压术组(对照组)40例与椎间植骨融合内固定组(试验组)40例。比较两组患者的治疗效果和治疗前后的Cobb角。结果两组治疗前的Cobb角相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),经过治疗后试验组Cobb角明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论椎间植骨融合内固定术在治疗退行性脊柱侧弯中的应用效果显著,具有较高临床价值。
Objective To study the bone fusion and internal fixation in the treatment of degenerative scoliosis.Methods The application value ofintervertebral degenerative scoliosis from January2013～2016year in December were selected from80cases as the object,according to the differenttreatment methods will be divided into the spinal canal decompression group(control group)and40cases of interbody fusion and internal fixation group(experimental group)40cases.Before and after treatment and treatment two groups of patients with Cobb angle.Results In the two groups before treatmentCobb angle compared with no significant difference(P>0.05),after treatment of Cobb of the experimental group was superior to the angle of Control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interbody fusion and internal fixation in the treatment of degenerative scoliosis in theapplication of the effect is significant,with a high clinical value.
