摘要
目的旨在探究肌肉效应贴联合氟比洛芬巴布膏对治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床有效性。方法将210例肱骨外上髁炎症患者分为3组,第1组采用肌肉效应贴,第2组采用氟比洛芬巴布膏,第3组则采用肌肉效应贴联合氟比洛芬巴布膏,观察患者使用后药物贴敷情况、患者关节疼痛情况评估、患者关节局部肿胀情况以及患者的不良反应情况。结果 3组患者使用药物后,患者的疼痛都有不同程度的减轻;两种药物使用过程中,贴敷效果良好且无不良反应。但是肌肉效应贴联合氟比洛芬巴布膏使用的患者的疼痛程度较前两者减轻幅度明显,关节局部肿胀消退快。结论肌肉效应贴联合氟比洛芬巴布膏对肱骨外上髁炎的临床有效性显著。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of the muscle effect paste combined with flubiloffinopolb ointment for the treatment of epicondylitis.Methods210patients with humerus on the external condyle inflammation can be divided into3groups,group1with muscle effect,group2with flurbiprofen Papua cream,3group adopt stick joint muscle effect flurbiprofen Papua cream,observation of patients after using drugs appliedsituation and situation of patients with joint pain assessment,joints in patients with local swelling as well as the adverse reaction of the patients.Results In three groups of patients,the pain was reduced in varying degrees.During the use of the two drugs,the application was good and therewas no adverse reaction.However,the pain degree of the patients with the muscle effect was significantly reduced compared with those of the previoustwo patients,and the local swelling of the joints subsided rapidly.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of the muscle effect on the clinical efficacyof the joint fluorine biloffinabine cream on the lateral epicondylitis of the humerus is significant.
