JUSO子宫内膜取样器在诊断子宫内膜病变中的临床价值分析被引量：7

Evaluation of clinical application of JUSO endometrial sampling device in diagnosis of endometrial pathology

摘要目的探讨JUSO子宫内膜取样器(取样器)相对于诊断性刮宫(诊刮)在诊断子宫内膜病变中的临床价值。方法选取需行子宫内膜活组织检查的117例患者,分别采用取样器和诊刮获取子宫内膜组织,比较2种方法的标本满意度、子宫内膜病变检出率、医师操作时间和患者疼痛指数。结果取样器与诊刮的标本满意度及对子宫内膜病变的检出率比较差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。取样器和诊刮取材时间分别为(3.9±2.1)min和(10.0±5.0)min,疼痛指数分别为3.67±2.04和6.86±2.38,取样器的取材时间短于诊刮,其疼痛指数也低于诊刮(P均<0.01)。结论在子宫内膜病理学检查中,使用取样器进行子宫内膜取样的操作简易、患者疼痛轻,且诊断效果与传统诊刮相近,临床价值较高。 Objective To compare the clinical values between JUSO endometrial sampling device and diagnostic dilation and curettage in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Method In total,117patients received endometrial biopsy via JUSO endometrial sampling device and diagnostic dilation and curettage.Sampling quality,diagnostic rate of endometrial lesions,sampling time and pain index were statistically compared between two groups.Results No statistical significance was identified in terms of sampling quality and diagnostic rate of endometrial lesions(both P>0.05).The sampling time of JUSO endometrial sampling device was(3.9±2.1)min,significantly shorter compared with(10.0±5.0)of diagnostic dilation and curettage(P<0.01).The pain index of JUSO endometrial sampling device was3.67±2.04,significantly lower than6.86±2.38of diagnostic dilation and curettage(P<0.01).Conclusion JUSO endometrial sampling device is a convenient technique for the diagnosis of endometrial lesions,which yields lower pain index,higher clinical value and similar diagnostic accuracy compared with diagnostic dilation and curettage.
