摘要
目的探讨CICARE沟通模式在结核科病房护患沟通中的应用效果。方法将流程化沟通方式应用于结核科病房,建立适用于专科CICARE沟通模板。将2016年3月—5月收治的103例患者设为对照组,将2016年10月—12月收治的97例患者设为观察组。对照组采用常规护患沟通方式,观察组组建专项沟通小组,应用CICARE沟通模式。观察2组结核病相关知识知晓情况调查问卷及患者满意度问卷调查情况。结果观察组患者结核病相关知识知晓率为95.9%(93/97)高于对照组的81.6%(84/103),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者对护理工作满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 CICARE沟通模式应用于结核科病房能规范护患沟通流程,提高沟通效果,提升患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of CICAREmode on nurse-patient communi-cation attuberculosisward.MethodsTosetup theCICARE-basedcommunication modein thetuberculosis ward.A total of103patients were included as the control group before implementa-tion of CICARE mode(Between March,2016and May,2016),another97patients were select-ed as the obser-vation group after implementation of CICARE mode(Between October,2016and December,2016).The knowledge of tuberculosis and satisfaction on nursing ser-vice were evalua-ted and compaed between two groups.ResultsThe awareness rate of tuberculosis was95.9%(93/97)in the observation group,which was higher than81.6%(84/103)of the controls(P<0.05).Patientsin theobservationgroupweremoresatisfiedwiththenursingservicecomparedwith those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionCICAREmode is an effective way ofimproving communication efficacy between nurse and patient at tuberculosis ward.
