摘要
目的探讨综合护理在乳腺癌术后化疗中应用。方法 200例乳腺癌术后化疗的患者分为A、B组,各100例。A组采取常规护理,B组在对照组基础上采取综合护理方式。观察2组治疗依从性以及恶心呕吐程度。结果 B组治疗依从率高于A组(P<0.05),B组0~I级恶心呕吐患者比例为54.0%,高于A组的27.0%(P<0.05),说明B恶性呕吐的程度较A组轻。结论综合护理能够有效减轻乳腺癌术后化疗患者恶心呕吐反应,提高其治疗依从性。
ObjectiveToinvestigatetheeffectof comprehensivenursingforpatientswithpostoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.MethodsA total of200patients with postopera-tive chemotherapy for breast cancer were assigned to the group A and group B,with100cases in each group.Both two groups received routine care during treatment,and the comprehensive nurs-ing intervention was carried out in the group B.The treatment compliance was evaluated by self-made questionnaires.The adverse reaction or complications during treatment were observed.ResultsThetreatmentcomplianceratewashigherinthegroup Bthanthat ofgroup A(P<0.05).The proportion of patients witti0~I grade nausea and vomiting was54.0%in the group B and was27.0%in the group A(P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing is potentiallyeffective to improve the treatment compliance of patients and relieve the nausea and vomiting dur-ing postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.
