摘要
目的评估综合护理干预对骨科大手术后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的预防作用。方法 144例行骨科大手术的患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各72例。术后对照组给予药物干预和骨科常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上给予中医推拿、机械预防、体位护理、健康教育等综合护理干预措施。观察2组下肢DVT发生情况,评价患者对护理服务满意程度。结果观察组下肢DVT发生率为2.78%,低于对照组的11.11%(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意率高于对照组为(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预能一定程度上减少骨科大手术后下肢DVT的发生风险,提高护理满意率,值得借鉴。
Objective To evaluate the preventive effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on deepvenousthrombosis(DVT)oflowerextremityaftermajor orthopedicsurgery.MethodsTotally144patientsundergoing majororthopedicsurgerywererandomlydividedintocontrolgroup(n=72)andtheobservationgroup(n=72).Bothtwogroupsweregivendruginter-ven-tion and routinenursingcareaftersurgery,andthoseintheobservationgroup receivedcompre-hensive nursing intervention including TCM massage,mechanical intervention,position nursing and healtheducation.Theincidenceof DVT oflowerextremityand satisfactorydegreetonursingservice werecomparedbetweentwogroups.ResultsTheincidencesof DVTof lowerextremitywas2.78Jintheobservationgroupand11.11Jincontrolgroup,withasignificantdifference(!<0.05).Thenursingsatisfactory ratewashigher in the observationgroupthan thatofcontrols(!<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive nursing intervention shows potential in reducing therisk of DVTof lower extremity after major orthopedic surgery.
