摘要
目的观察静脉留置针改良正压封管技术的应用效果。方法 100例静脉留置针患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组采用注射器脉冲式正压带液拔针封管的方法,观察组采用改良正压封管技术进行封管。比较2组留置针回血率、堵管率、静脉炎发生情况以及留置时间。结果观察组的封管效果明显优于对照组,回血率、堵管率和静脉炎的发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05),留置时间显著长于对照组(P<0.01)。结论静脉留置针封管方法的改良能有效降低回血率、堵管率和静脉炎的发生情况,减轻患者痛苦。
Objective To evaluate the application of modified positi-^e pressure sealing tech-nology forintravenous detainingtroca.MethodsAtotalof100patients usingvenousindwell-ing catlieter were randomly divided into the control group and the obser-vation group,witti50cases in eachgroup.Thepulsedpositivepressuresealingmethodforintravenousdetainingtrocarwasused in the control group,while the modified positive pressure sealing technology was applied in the observationgroup.Therateof blood return,blockage,phlebitisand catheterindwellingtimewere compared betweentwogroups.ResultsTherateof bloodreturnintrocar,blockageandcatheter-related phlebitis were lower in the observation group than those of controls(P<0.05).The catheter indwelling time was longer in the observation group than that of controls(P<0.01).ConclusionModifiedpositivepressuresealingtechnology ispotentiallyeffective toreducetherate of blood returnintrocar,blockageandcatheter-relatedphlebitisinpatients receivingindwell-ing catheter.
