摘要
目的探讨中医护理干预在产后尿潴留患者中的应用效果。方法 66例产后尿潴留产妇分为对照组和观察组,各33例。对照组给予常规诱导排尿护理措施,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医护理干预。比较2组尿潴留的改善情况。结果观察组尿潴留改善有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理干预对改善产后尿潴留具有积极作用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medical(TCM)nursing for postpartum urinary retention in puerperal women.MethodsA total of66puerperalwomen withpostpartum urinaryretentionweredividedinto thecontrolgroupandtheobservationgroup,with33cases in each group.Both two groups received induce urination and routine care,and the TCMnursinginterventionwasappliedintheobservationgroupadditionally.ResultsThe effective rateof relievingurinaryretentionintheobservationgroup washigher thanthat ofcontrols(P<0.05).ConclusionApplication of TCM nursing can effectively relieve the post-partum urinary retention in puerperal women.
