摘要
目的探讨以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径应用于肺癌放疗患者中对其负性情绪、生命质量和并发症的影响。方法选取2014年11月—2016年11月收治的肺癌放疗患者84例,按入院先后顺序分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径。观察2组护理前、护理后3个月焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生命质量评分,观察2组并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果观察组护理后3个月SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理后3个月各生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。相比于对照组,观察组并发症发生率更低,护理满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论以患者需求为导向的临床护理路径在肺癌放疗患者中效果显著,可有效减轻负性情绪,改善生命质量,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。
Objective Toinvestigate the effect of clinicaln ursing pathway based on patient demand on negative emotions,quality of life and complications in lung cancer patients undergoing radio the rapy.Methods Atotal of84patients with lung cancer were divided in to the control group(n=42)and the observation group(n=42)according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the obser-vationg roupused patient-oriented clinical nursing patliway.The negati-veemotion by self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS),quality of life byEORTCQLQ-C30,incidence of complications and nursingsatisfactionrate were obser-ved and compaed between two groups.ResultsThe SASsc and SDSscores of patients in the observation group were lower than those of controls3months after nursing treatment(p<0.05).Patientsin the observation groupachievedabettero EORTCQLQ-C30assessment compared with those in thecon trolgroup(p<0.05).Patients in the observation group hada lowerincidence o fcomplication sanhighernursingsatisfactio compared with those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion Patient-oriented clinicalnursing pathway scan effectively relieve the negative emotions,improve the quality of lifeandreduce the risk of complicationsin lung cancer patients during radio the rapy.
