摘要
目的了解护理实习生在静脉输液过程中存在的心理问题,探讨相关改进措施。方法采用便利抽样法,利用自制一般资料调查表和心理问题调查表对2015年6月—2016年6月在本科室实习的90名护生进行问卷调查。结果护理实习生生静脉输液时最常见的心理问题是紧张(57.8%),其次是恐惧(21.1%)。结论护理实习生在静脉输液时均存在心理问题,带教老师应采取有效的应对措施帮助护生缓解紧张情绪,提高实习护生学习效果及穿刺成功率。
Objective To investigate the potential psychological problems of nursing interns inpractice of intravenous infusion,and to discuss the countermeasures.Methods By conveniencesampling method,a total of90nursing interns were recruited in the study.The self-designed demographicquestionnaire and psychological problems questionnaire were used.Results Them ostcommon psychological problem of nursing interns in intravenous infusion was tension(57.8%),followedby f e a(21.1%).Conclusion Those nursing interns may suffer from psychological problemswhen practicing intravenous infusion.Effective measures should be carried out to help nursinginterns to relieve tension,and improve their learning effect a d the success rate of puncture.
