摘要
目的:探讨不同麻醉方式在妇产科手术中的应用效果。方法:收治妇产科手术患者78例,分为观察组和对照组。观察组采用全麻联合硬膜外麻醉,对照组采用单纯全麻,比较两组麻醉效果。结果:观察组在插管时、拔管前和拔管后30 min内的心率和血压波动均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全麻联合硬膜外麻醉应用于妇产科手术对患者的影响较小,麻醉效果更好。
Objective:To explore the effect of different anesthesia methods in gynecology and obstetrics operation.Methods:78patients with gynecology and obstetrics operation were selected.They were divided into the observation group and the controlgroup.The observation group was given general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia.The control group was given onlygeneral anesthesia.We compared the anesthetic effect between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the heart rate andblood pressure at intubation time,before extubation and within30minutes after extubation were lower than those in the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:The influence of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia on patients with gynecologyand obstetrics operation was little,and the anesthetic effect was better.
