三塔四跨单索面大翼缘矮塔斜拉桥塔墩梁固结区域局部应力分析 被引量:21

摘要 矮塔斜拉桥塔墩梁固结区域构造、钢束布置和应力状态都十分复杂,是大跨度矮塔斜拉桥的关键受力部位。以104国道某跨径布置为(140+2×225+120)m的矮塔斜拉桥为工程背景,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对塔墩梁固结部位进行精细的有限元局部应力分析,得到3种典型工况下的应力分布情况,验证设计的安全性和合理性,并针对大翼缘结构边缘拉应力过大的问题提出应力优化方案,对该类型矮塔斜拉桥的设计和施工具有重要的参考价值。 The pylon-pier-girder rigid region is the key component for the long span extradosed cable-stayed bridge due to its complicated configuration and stress states.With engineering background of an extradosed cable-stayed bridge in104national road of which the span arrangement is(140+2×225+120)m,the local stress of the pylon-pier-girder rigid region was analyzed and the stress distributions under three typical cases were obtained by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS.The results verify the safety and the reasonableness of the design.Further,some improvement measures were proposed for solving the serious problem of the tensile stress concentration in the end of long flange,which can give significant references for the design and construction of extradosed cable-stayed bridges of similar features.
