摘要
精细农业是现代农业的理念和重要生产形式。对精细农业的概念和特征进行简要介绍,并就供给侧改革背景下湖南省发展精细农业的途径提出在产业结构调整上积极推进"双稳双扩双提",在产业布局上积极推进"两区两带"错位发展,在农产品品质提升上积极推进"双绿"行动,在生产经营方式转变上积极推进"精细化+",在支撑农业可持续发展上努力实现"三高",在培育发展新动能上积极推进"双改双返",在重大项目抓手上推进"五个三"工程等建议。
Precision agriculture is the philosophy of modern agriculture,and is also the most important forms of farming industry.Definition and characteristics of precision agriculture are briefly introduced,then a series of suggestions and countermeasures about howto develop precision agriculture in Hunan under the supply-side reform are proposed,which as some references on the development ofagricultural modernization for our decision-makers:(1)promote“the double-stabilization,double-expansion and double-promotion”on theadjustment of industrial structure;(2)promote the supplementary development of“two-regions and two-belts”on the industrial distribution;(3)promote“double-green-action”on the quality of agricultural product;(4)promote the delicacy management on the transformation ofproduction management;(5)realize“triple-highs”on the support of agricultural sustainable development;(6)promote“double-reforms anddouble-returns”on the new impetus of agricultural development;(7)promote“five-three-projects”on the progress of major projects.
