摘要
高等教育适应社会经济快速发展,在人才培养体制机制方面积极探索改革,着力培养适应社会需求、德才兼备的专业人才。我国诸多高校也在不断探索本科生导师制,形成具有本校特色的本科导师制度,同时本科导师制度也存在诸多问题,如教师缺乏激励机制、师生比例失调、缺乏资源支持等,中华女子学院金融系积极探索校外机构专业人才到学校兼任学生导师制度,注重学生思想品德、职业规划、实践实训等能力的培养,取得可喜成效。
Higher education adapts to the rapid development of social economy,and actively explores reform in personnel training system and mechanism,and makes efforts to cultivate professionals with both ability and political integrity,which meet the needs of society.Many universities in our country are constantly exploring the undergraduate tutor system to form undergraduate tutor system with the characteristics of the university.Meanwhile,there are many problems in undergraduate tutor system,such as the lack of incentives for teachers,the imbalance between teachers and students,lack of resources to support the women's college finance Actively explore the institutions outside the school professionals to the school part-time student mentor system,pay attention to students'ideological and moral,career planning,practical training and other training,achieved encouraging results.
