摘要
本文针对非织造布水刺生产线卷绕机在生产过程过程中存在横切旋转刀不能将布面完整切断,影响生产线正常运行等问题,提出改进方案。依据其现有卷绕机结构,设计出一个能完全替代其横切的横切刀装置。
In view of the problem that the cross cutting rotary knife can not cut off the cloth completely and influence the normal operation of the production line in the production process of the nonwoven spunlace production line,the improvement scheme was put forward.According to the structure of the existing winding machine,a cross cutting knife device which can completely replace its transverse cutting was designed.
