摘要
目的:对火针结合拔罐法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)患者的临床效果进行观察。方法:我院于2013年3月-2014年3月共收治39例KOA患者,随机将其分成观察组(20例)与对照组(19例),对照组行常规针刺法,观察组行火针结合拔罐法。结果:观察组关节疼痛积分明显低于对照组,观察组总治疗有效率(95.0%)明显高于对照组的63.2%(P<0.05)。结论:采取火针结合拔罐法治疗KOA,可明显改善患者膝关节肿胀、疼痛症状,并提高临床治愈率,值得推广。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of ignipuncture plus cupping on KOA.Methods:39cases were randomly divided into the observation group(20cases)and the control group(19cases).The control group received conventional acupuncture.The observation group was given ignipuncture plus cupping.Results:The score of joint pain in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The total efficiency in the observation group(95.0%)was significantly higher than63.2%in the control group.Conclusion:Ignipuncture plus cupping on KOA can significantly improve knee swelling,pain symptoms and the clinical cure rate,and is worth promoting.
