摘要
目的:研究并分析治疗脑梗塞患者时使用中西医综合疗法的效果。方法:收集脑梗塞患者共110例,根据平行、单盲、随机对照的设计原则分为对照组(55例)和观察组(55例),对照组接受西医常规治疗,观察组接受中西医综合疗法,将两组患者的神经功能缺损程度评分进行观察和对比。结果:观察组的神经功能缺损程度评分为(10.1±7.3)分,明显低于对照组的(13.3±7.5)分(t=2.267,P=0.025)。结论:在脑梗塞患者的治疗过程中,中西医综合疗法能够显著改善患者的神经功能缺损程度,治疗效果更加确切,值得推广应用。
Objective:To study efficacy of the integrative medicine on cerebral infarction.Methods:110patients were divided into two groups,55cases for each.The control group was given conventional western medicine;and the observation group was given the integrative medicine.Neurological deficit scores in two groups were compared.Results:The neurological deficit score was(10.1±7.3)in the observation group,lower than(13.3±7.5)in the control group,t=2.267,P=0.025.Conclusion:The integrative medicine on cerebral infarction could improve neurological deficit score,showed a good effect,and was worthy of promotion
