摘要
碘盐质量是实现防治、消除碘缺乏病目标的关键,而碘盐检测正是保证碘盐质量的有效措施。本文以碘盐直接滴定测定法为例,对实验室碘盐检测过程中的质量控制环节进行分析,为了保证测定结果的有效性和准确性,需要对检测过程采取行之有效的质量控制措施。
The quality of iodized salt is the key to realize the goal of preventing and eliminating the iodine deficiency disease and iodized salt test is an effective measure to ensure the quality of iodized salt.Taking the iodized salt direct titration and test method as one example,this paper has taken analysis of the quality control link in the process of lab iodized salt test,besides,in order to guarantee the effectiveness and accuracy of test results,it is necessary to take effective quality control measures for the test process.
