摘要
目的:探讨综合性干预措施对社区高尿酸血症患者的效果。方法:收治高尿酸血症患者92例,综合干预组69例施行综合性干预,常规组23例给予常规药物治疗。结果:干预后,综合干预组尿酸水平、血脂、生活质量评分较常规组的改善更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:实施综合性干预措施更利于改善高尿酸血症患者的血尿酸和血脂及生活质量。
Objective:To investigate the effect of comprehensive intervention on hyperuricemia patients in community.Methods:92 patients with hyperuricemia were selected.69 in the intervention group were given comprehensive intervention,while 23 cases in the routine group were treated with conventional drugs.Results:After the intervention,the levels of uric acid,blood lipid and quality of life in the comprehensive intervention group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementing comprehensive intervention measures can improve the blood uric acid,blood lipid and life quality of patients with hyperuricemia.
