摘要
随着社会的发展,人们的生活质量显著提高,逐渐增加了对乳制品的需求,在科技水平迅猛发展的影响下,出现了多种形式的乳制品加工工艺。然而,由于近年来乳制品安全事故频发,人们提高了对乳制品生产加工的关注度。因此,笔者认为对乳制品加工工艺进行研究十分必要,只有在质量得到保证的前提下,人们才能饮用到安全的乳制品。本文围绕生物技术在生产加工乳制品过程中发挥的作用进行分析,并指出一些注意事项。
With the development of the society,people's quality of life improved significantly and gradually increased the demand for dairy products.With the influence of rapid development of science and technology level,the various forms of dairy products processing technology.However,due to the dairy safety frequent accidents in recent years,the people improve the attention of dairy production and processing.Therefore,the author thinks that study of dairy processing technology is necessary,only on the premise of guaranteed quality,people can healthy drink dairy products.This paper will analyse the biological technology's role in the process of production and processing of dairy products to produce and puts forward some matters needing attention.
