一定强度UVC辐射对小麦活性氧组分及抗氧化酶的影响

摘要 目的:研究一定强度UVC辐射对小麦活性氧组分及抗氧化酶的影响,为庆丰1号小麦在庆阳当地的种植提供一定指导。方法:UVC照射小麦幼苗5h/d后,测定超氧阴离子(O_2~)产生速率、过氧化氢(H_2O_2)含量,并测定超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。结果:UVC处理组O_2~-离子产生速率及H_2O_2的浓度降低,SOD活性及POD活性降低,CAT活性有所上升。结论:小麦幼苗对一定强度UVC辐射能够做出应答,并表现出一定的适应性。 objective:Study the influence of a certain intensity of UVC radiation on wheat reactive oxygen species and antioxidantenzyme,to guide the plantment of wheat qingfeng.1in Qingyang area.Methods:After exposing to UVC for5h/d,super-oxide anionfree radicals()generation rate,content of hydrogen peroxide(H2O2),superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity,peroxidase(POD)activity,of wheat seedling were tested.Results:generation rate and the concentration of H2O2reduced,activity ofSOD and POD decreased,and CAT activity activity had a little promotion when wheat seedling were treated with UVC.Conclusion:wheat seedling could response to UVC radiation,and shows some adaption.
