我国茶叶产业生态效率与生产效率评价研究——基于DEA方法的实证分析 被引量:10

摘要 生态效率是经济与环境协调发展的有效测度,是可持续发展的重要评价指标。基于DEA模型的实证研究,分析了我国18个产茶省份2004—2013年的生产效率与2009—2013年的生态效率。研究结果表明:我国茶叶产业有较高的生产效率,但茶叶产业的生态效率较低,存在从事茶业劳动力冗余较多,水资源和土地资源资源消耗过大,利用效率不高,经济效益不佳的问题。因此强化茶业劳动人员的技术知识,减少农村剩余劳动力,提高资源能源的利用效率,提升茶叶产业的经济效益是改善我国茶叶产业生态效率,使我国茶叶产业健康可持续发展的重要途径。 Eco-efficiency is an effective measure of the coordinated development of economy and environment;it is also animportant evaluation index of sustainable development.This paper was based on the DEA model for empirical research,and18tea-producing provinces of China were analyzed by2004-2013s production efficiency and the ecological efficiency of2009-2013.The results show that Chinese tea industry has a high production efficiency.But the tea industry has a lowecological efficiency.It is because the labor of tea industry redundancy is more;water and land resources consumption are toolarge;service efficiency is not high;economic benefit is poor.Therefore strengthening the tea industry labor personnel oftechnical knowledge,reducing the countryside surplus labor force,improving the efficiency of energy utilization of resourcesand the economic benefits of the tea industry are the key to the efficiency of ecological tea industry of China.It is also animportant measure for the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese tea industry.
