缺血训练对普通大学生膝关节屈伸肌群力量的影响

摘要 本实验将探讨缺血结合抗阻训练与传统抗阻训练对膝关节屈伸肌群力量的是否具有差异性改善。将14名普通大学生随机均分成常规组和缺血训练组,进行为期4周,每周3次的训练。常规组负荷为80%1RM,缺血训练组为30%1RM。结果缺血组和常规组峰力矩(PT)、峰力矩体重比(PT/BW)、单次最大做功量(TW)、大腿围度水平均显著提高(P<0.05),常规组屈膝肌群峰力矩屈伸比(H/Q)实验前后有显著性差异(P<0.05),缺血组无显著性差异。
