摘要
该文结合注塑机液压系统常见的故障总结出五种诊断方法,分别为取消法、堵截法、参数测定法、现场试验法和经验法,这些方法不仅在注塑机上可以应用,在大部分的液压系统中都可以应用,对相关液压设备的故障检测与诊断具有一定的应用价值。
In this paper, injection molding machine hydraulic system common fault summed up five kinds of diagnosis methods, respectively,for cancellation method, intercept method and parameters determination method, field test method, experience method of fault diagnosis,these methods not only in the injection molding machine can be applied, in most of the hydraulic system can be used for hydraulic equipment fault detection and diagnosis has certain application value.
