摘要
岸边桥式起重机是工业生产的重要设备,主要用于港口码头装卸集装箱。岸桥的大车、小车在运行过程中,都会有不同程度的啃轨现象发生。通过检测仪器进行测量现场数据,分析车轮发生啃轨的原因,采用合理的维修方法,改善岸桥运行中的大车、小车啃轨现象,可延长其使用寿命,充分发挥其使用效能。
The shore crane is an important equipment for industrial production. It is mainly used for container loading andunloading at port. Shore bridge of the cart, car in the course of the operation, there will be different degrees of gnawing track phenomenon. Through the detection of the instrument to measure the field data, analysis of the reasons for the occurrence of the car gnawing track, the use of reasonable maintenance methods to improve the operation of the bridge in the cart, car gnawing track phenomenon, can extend its service life, give full play to its use efficiency.
