摘要
目的:探讨慢性乙型肝炎患者采取苦参素胶囊治疗的效果。方法:比较分析乙肝清热解毒片(对照组,n=40)与苦参素胶囊(研究组,n=50)治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床效果。结果:研究组总有效率为94.00%,显著高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗后ALT与TBi L均有改善(P<0.05),研究组改善更显著(P<0.05);研究组HBV-M变化明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢性乙型肝炎采取苦参素胶囊治疗,不仅能显著改善肝功能指标与HBV-M指标,同时能明显提高临床效果,值得借鉴。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Kushensu capsule in treating patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:A comparative analysis of clinical effect of hepatitis B detoxification tablets(control group,n=40)and Kushensu capsule(study group,n=50)in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B was made.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was94.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,70.00%(P<0.05);After treatment,ALT and TBiL were improved(P<0.05),the study group improved more significantly(P<0.05);changes of HBV-M in the study group improved more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kushensu capsule treatment could not only significantly improve the liver function and HBV-M index,but also significantly improve the clinical effects,it was worth learning from.
