摘要
目的:探讨中医护理在糖尿病周围神经病变患者中的护理效果。方法:选择80例糖尿病周围神经病变患者,随机分为中医护理组和常规护理组。常规护理组实施糖尿病常规护理干预,中医护理组在常规护理干预基础上实施中医护理。测定两组患者护理干预前后血糖水平。测定护理干预前后踝肱指数。结果:中医护理组护理干预前后空腹血糖差值、餐后2小时血糖差值分别和常规护理组护理干预前后空腹血糖差值、餐后2小时血糖差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中医护理组护理干预后糖尿病足部神经筛查量表评分和踝肱指数测定结果分别和常规护理组护理干预后糖尿病足部神经筛查量表评分和踝肱指数测定结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预有助于改善糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床症状,调节其情志,护理效果显著。
Objective:To explore the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:80patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine nursing group and the routine nursing group.The routine nursing intervention of diabetes was given to the routine nursing group,while TCM nursing was given to the Chinese medicine nursing group on the basis of conventional nursing intervention.Blood glucose levels were measured before and after nursing intervention in two groups of patients.Measurement of ankle brachial index was done before and after nursing intervention.Results:The difference of fasting blood glucose and postprandia l2hours blood glucose before and after the nursing in the Chinese medicine nursing group was compared with those in the routine nursing group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of diabetic foot nerve screening scale and ankle brachial index determination results in the Chinese nursing group after nursing intervention were compared with those in the routine nursing group respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention was helpful to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy and regulate their emotions,the nursing effect was significant.
