摘要
目的:探讨综合护理干预对人工流产术后疼痛和舒适度的影响。方法:将我院80例妇科人流手术患者分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组在此基础上运用综合护理干预措施,观察两组患者术后疼痛程度变化和舒适度情况。结果:观察组干预后疼痛程度分级和舒适度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预能明显降低人工流产手术后患者的疼痛程度,提高舒适度,提高患者的生存质量。
Objective:To investigate the comprehensive nursing intervention on postoperative pain and comfort of induced abortion.Methods:80patients with gynecological abortion were divided into the control group and the observation group,with40cases in each group,the control group received the routine nursing care while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing,the changes of postoperative pain and comfort degree of patients of two groups were observed.Results:Pain and comfort in the observation group after the intervention were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention could significantly reduce the level of pain of patients after induced abortion,it could enhance the comfort degree and improve the quality of life of patients.
