摘要
目的:论述笔者发明的六四脉诀的临床应用。方法:左手寸、关、尺,右手寸、关、尺,两手共六部脉。每部脉按浮、沉、迟、数四种脉象进行阐述,全用歌诀形式表达,便于临床使用。融脉、证、方、药为一体,形成了别具一格的脉、证、方、药全具的诊脉法。结果:易诵易记,得心应手。结论:具有很高的科学价值,简单实用,值得临床广泛推广。
Objective:To discuss the clinical application of Six-four Pulse Formulas invented by the author.Methods:Cun,Gun and Chi of the left hand and that of the right hand formed six pulses.Each pulse included floating,sinking,slow and fast,four kinds of pulse,which was expressed in the forms of pulse songs and was convenient for clinical application.Pulse diagnosis was made based on pulse,syndrome,prescription and medicine.Results:Six-four Pulse Formulas were easy to read,remember and apply.Conclusion:Six-four Pulse Formulas were of high scientific value,they were simple and practical,being worth to be widely popularized in clinical practice.
