摘要
糖尿病临床上是一组以慢性血糖水平增高为特征的代谢疾病群,常见典型的"三多一少"症状,即多饮、多食、多尿及体重减轻。病情严重者可并发心血管、肾脏、视网膜及神经系统等病症。我国传统医学将糖尿病归为"消渴"的范畴。结合患者的临床症候及舌苔脉象将糖尿病分为上消型、中消型、下消型。饮食护理是护理学的一个组成部分,而中医护理也是中医理论结合临床的重要体现,中医护理的饮食调护结合中医理论中辨证分型更好地体现了祖国医学的特色。
Diabetes is a set of clinical metabolic disease characterized by levels of chronic blood sugar increased up, with the typical symptoms of three more levels and one less common level, namely more drink, more food, more urine, and weight loss. Serious illness can be concurrent conditions such as cardiovascular and nervous system, kidney and retina. In TCM, diabetes is classified as Xiaoke category classification; diabetes can be divided into 3 type, such as lung, spleen and kidney. Nursing aftercare of diets is a component part of nursing,and also important embodiment of TCM theory.
