摘要
近年来,血流动力学监测技术的不断发展完善,一方面标志着医疗水平的不断进步,另一方面也切实保障了围术期患者的生命安全。有效的循环功能监测可以获得准确的血流动力学相关参数及其实时动态变化情况,能够为临床医师制定治疗方案提供客观依据,还能对评估患者的病情转归和预后提供参考,所以该技术在临床工作中具有重大意义。笔者简要介绍了目前临床常用的8种循环功能监测技术的原理及在围术期危重患者应用方面的相关研究进展,以期对临床工作提供指导。
In recent years, with the improvement of hemodynamic monitoring technology, it not only marks the continuous progress of medical standards, but also guarantees the perioperative patient safety. Effective circulative function monitoring can obtain hemodynamic parameters accurately and even its real-time dynamic changes, and provide an objective basis for clinical treatment strategy and some references for evaluation of prognosis. Thus, it is very significant in clinical work. The author briefly introduces the principles of eight kinds of hemodynamic monitoring technologies commonly used in clinical work and the related research progress of their application in perioperative patients, hopefully providing guide for the clinical work.
