摘要
对20例胃肠手术患者围手术期遵医嘱给予耳穴压籽治疗,总结胃肠手术患者围手术期应用耳穴压籽中医特色护理技术进行治疗达到促进胃肠手术患者康复的护理经验。该方式可以有效缓解术前焦虑失眠症状,术后未发生腹胀等不适及护理并发症,患者满意度高,依从性较好。
20patients with gastrointestinal surgery were given auricular seed pressing therapy in the perioperative period.Thenursing experience of auricular seed pressing therapy in traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology to promote therehabilitation of patients with gastrointestinal nursing experience was summarized.This method can relieve the symptoms ofanxiety and insomnia before operation effectively,without postoperative complications such as abdominal distension and nursingcomplications,with high satisfaction of patients,and better compliance.
