摘要
目的对比分析在妇科腹腔镜手术中应用单纯全麻和全麻复合硬膜外麻醉的实际价值,探讨其麻醉效果以选择最佳方案应用在临床中。方法选取42例妇科疾病患者,所有患者均行腹腔镜手术治疗,结合临床随机表法将其平均地列入观察组与对照组。对照组行单纯全麻,观察组行全麻复合硬度外麻醉,应用统计学软件SPSS19.0对比两组患者手术前后心率、动脉压及子宫松弛优良率等临床指标。结果两组麻醉后的手术时间、苏醒时间以及麻醉药物的使用剂量比较,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);观察组麻醉后心率、平均动脉压分别为(70.8±11.2)次/分钟、(84.3±8.2)mm Hg,对照组分别为(79.1±10.5)次/分钟、(90.7±11.9)mm Hg(P<0.05);观察组子宫松弛的优良率是90.5%,对照组子宫松弛的优良率是66.7%(P<0.05)。结论在妇科腹腔镜手术中,与单纯全麻比较,全麻复合硬膜外麻醉的效果更好,患者苏醒时间短、用药少,且显著提升子宫松弛率,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To compare the clinical value of combined general anesthesia and general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia in gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods Select 42 cases of gynecological diseases in our hospital, all patients were treated by laparoscopic surgery, combined with the clinical random table method to be included in the observation group and the control group. The control group underwent general anesthesia, the observation group underwent general anesthesia combined with hardness anesthesia, method was written before and after the application of statistical software SPSS19.0 compared twogroups of patients with operation of heart rate, arterial pressure and uterine relaxation rate of excellent clinical indicators. ResultsThe two groups of operation time, recovery time after anesthesia and the anesthetic drug dosage, the differences were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05); the observation group after anesthesia, heart rate and mean arterial pressure were (70.8±11.2) / min, (84.3 ±8.2)mmHg, the control group respectively (79.1±10.5) / min, (90.7±11.9) mmHg; significant difference (P<0.05); excellent rate of observationgroup uterine relaxation is 90.5%, the control group the excellent rate of uterine relaxation was 66.7% (P< 0.05).Conclusion In gynecological laparoscopic surgery, compared with general anesthesia, better effect of general anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia, the recovery time were shorter, less medication, and significantly improve the uterine relaxation rate, it is worthy of clinical application.
