摘要
目的:讨论腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中快速康复外科理念的运用效果。方法:90例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者分为常规组和康复组,常规组给予常规护理干预,康复组在常规组的基础上加入快速康复外科理念。结果:康复组总有效率95.6%明显高于常规组的80.0%,并且住院时间、排气时间、下床活动时间也明显优于常规组。结论:快速康复外科理念可以有效地保障患者的手术效果,缩短患者的住院时间,加速患者的恢复。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:90 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were divided into the routine group and the rehabilitation group.The routine group was given routine nursing intervention.The rehabilitation group was added with the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept on the basis of the routine group.Results:The total effective rate of the rehabilitation group was 80%,which was higher than 80.0% of the routine group.The hospitalization time,exhaust time,ambulation time were significantly better than those of the routine group.Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation surgery concept can effectively guarantee the surgical effect of patients,shorten the hospitalization time,accelerate the recovery of patients.
