摘要 PICC患者发生导管相关性感染的因素有很多,外源性细菌感染是导致导管相关性感染的主要原因,因此严格无菌操作,加强护理人员专业培训,加强置管后的维护,是减少导管相关性感染的关键。 In patients with PICC,there were many factors associated with catheter-related infection,and exogenous bacterial infection was the main cause of catheter-related infection.Strict aseptic operation,strengthening the professional training of nursing staff and strengthening the maintenance after catheter placement were the keys to reduce catheter-related infection.
