摘要
目的:探讨地佐辛、右美托咪定及二者联合对全身麻醉患者苏醒期躁动和血流动力学的影响。方法:收治外科手术患者150例,随机分为A组、B组和C组,A组采用右美托咪定麻醉,B组采用地佐辛麻醉,C组采用二者联合麻醉,比较3组麻醉效果。结果:T0、T1时间段,3组MAP、HR、SBP、DBP无显著性改变(P>0.05),在T2、T3时间段,A、B两组血流动力学指标显著高于C组;A、B两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);A、B组躁动发生率及Ramsay评分明显高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:针对外科手术患者,在实施全身麻醉时,采用右美托咪定联合地佐辛能保持麻醉期间患者血流动力学平稳,利于降低苏醒期躁动发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of dexmedetomidine or dezocine and the combination of the two drugs for agitation at waking up period and hemodynamics of patients with general anesthesia.Methods:150 surgical patients were selected,They were randomly divided into the A group,B group and C group.The A group was given dexmedetomidine anesthesia.The B group were given dezocine anesthesia.The C group was given dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine anesthesia.We compared theanesthetic effects of the three groups.Results:In T0,T1 time period,there was no significant changes in MAP,HR,SBP,DBP of thethree groups(P>0.05).In T2,T3 time period,the hemodynamic indexes in the A group and the B group were significantly higherthan the C group,and there was no significant difference between the A group and the B group(P>0.05).The incidence of agitationand Ramsay score in the A group and the B group were significantly higher than the C group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For surgical patients under general anesthesia,dexmedetomidine combined with dezocine can maintain stable hemodynamics during anesthesia and reduce the incidence of emergence agitation.
