摘要
本文分析1例AECOPD患者使用糖皮质激素引起血象升高的情况,患者应用糖皮质激素治疗后血象升高,减少甲强龙剂量,白细胞降低。糖皮质激素可引起血象升高,临床药师应分析药物引起的不良反应,指导后续治疗。
In this paper,the author analyzed 1 case of patient with AECOPD and elevated hemogram caused by glucocorticoid.The hemogram of patient was elevated after the therapy of glucocorticoid and the white blood cell was decreased after reducing the dose of methylprednisolone.Glucocorticoid could induce high hemogram,clinical pharmacists should analysis the adverse drug reaction and guide the follow-up treatment.
