复合地层TBM隧道变形演化规律研究 被引量:1

摘要 以重庆轨道环线TBM(硬岩隧道掘进机)区间隧道为背景,利用有限差分数值分析与现场监控量测相结合的方法,对复合地层TBM隧道施工影响下地层变形进行了研究。对上软下硬复合地层、倾斜复合地层及均质地层3种工况下的数值计算结果表明:复合地层条件下隧道顶部及底部位移较大,而隧道周边收敛位移较小;隧道开挖时掌子面前方1倍直径处开始发生明显位移,并于掌子面后方3~5倍直径处趋于稳定,整个隧道纵向沉降曲线呈明显的"S"型。现场监测结果显示,受复合地层差异的影响,地表沉降呈偏态单凹槽状的数值计算结果与现场监控量测数据反映的规律基本相同。 Based on a certain constructing tunnel of Chongqing Transit circle line,the deformation characteristics ofsurrounding rock affected by the TBM tunneling in composite ground are studied by FLAC3D and site monitoring.Ground deformation in tunneling with three kinds of conditions(upper-soft lower-hard ground,composite inclineground and homogeneous ground)is conducted.The simulation results show that both the deformation at the top andbottom of the tunnel are large,but the peripheral displacements are relatively small.The settlement at the top oftunnel increases at the distance of1times of diameter before the tunnel face,which tends to be steady at the distanceof3~5times diameter after the tunnel face.The whole longitudinal settlement curve behaves a typical“S-curve”.From site monitoring results,lateral surface subsidence is presented as a single groove shape.The simulation isconsistent with the site monitoring results.
