摘要
随着科技发展,工业控制自动化对精准型工业系统的需求越来越高。文中在自行研发可燃气体检测头生产线管控系统的过程中,针对检定数据的准确性以及检测、返修、服务器多子系统间分布存储数据的一致性问题,从数据采集、处理、存储这三个环节进行分析,综合采用多种方法以保证整个管控系统数据的准确一致性。最后,在生产实践中验证了其方法是有效的。
With the development ol the science and technology, industrial control and automation for precision industrial system requirements get higher and higher. This paper developed the detection head control system,for testing the accuracy of data,and detection,repairing,distributed server - subsystems storing data consistency issues, from data acquisition, processing, storage, these three aspects are analyzed. It integrated the variety of methods to ensure the accuracy of the entire control system data consistency. Finally,it verifies this method is effective in the practice.
