摘要
基于标准化数据的电子健康档案集成平台作为医疗信息化未来的发展趋势,对全科医疗信息系统提出了信息集成的要求。文中提出了基于IHE-XDS及HL7 CDA等医学信息标准的解决方案,介绍了系统采用的XDS角色与事务,结合CDA文档架构实现数据共享功能。本研究为基础医疗信息集成提供可行性方案,有助于加快标准化电子健康档案集成平台的建设。
Electronic health records integration platform based on standardized data is medical information future trends,which requires general practice information systems to have the ability of information integration. This paper proposes solutions based on HL7 CDA,IHE-XDS and other medical information standard,introduces the transactions and roles of XDS technology framework used in the system,combined with the CDA document archite cture,it realizes data-sharing function. This study provides a feasible solution for community-based health information integration,which can speed up the construction of standardized electronic health records integrated platform.
