摘要
燃气锅炉作为冶金企业消化富裕煤气资源的重点耗能设备,其效率是企业能效提升的关键环节。从热风与燃料配比、富氧燃烧、尾部排烟温度、蒸汽管网热效率等方面分析了影响燃气锅炉热效率的因素,提出了提升效率的措施。
The efficiency of gas fired boiler, as the major energy-consuming equipmentto consume abundant gas resources in the metallurgical enterprise, is a key link in improvingenterprise performance. Factors affecting the efficiency of gas fired boiler are analyzed fromthe aspects of fuel proportioning, oxygen enrichment combustion, tail smoke discharge temper原ature and steam pipe thermal efficiency, while measures for improving efficiency are put forward.
